All goods supplied by Corporate Trends or La Beeby ‘the company’ are on the understanding that the customer agrees to the terms and condition. |

| Delivery |

All goods are offered subject to availability. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods on time but responsibility can not be accepted for late or non delivery. |

All shortages, damages or non delivery must be notified to us by telephone within five working days. |
| 3 |
Goods despatched to a third party at the customers request are entirely at the customers own risk |

| Specification |

Sizes, colours and descriptions are for guidance only and the company cannot guarantee absolute consistency |

All products must be washed and cared for in accordance with the care instructions of the manufacturer. The company will not accept responsibility if the instructions are not carried out precisely. |

Size, style, fabric, specification, quality, colour and suitability should be checked upon receipt. Slight variation in colour and shade maybe possible from one dye batch to another and the company accepts no responsibility for such variation. |

| Returned Goods |

All returned goods must be returned with a completed returns slip |
| 2 |
All goods must be returned in good condition, original packaging, not processed or worn and unwashed. Printed or embroidered goods will not be accepted back for returns under any circumstances. |

Goods cannot be returned after 28 days from date of purchase. |

| Credit |

Credit is only available when agreed in writing with the company. |

Where credit is granted, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Where credit is not granted, payment is due on the invoice date and before receipt of goods. |

The company reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 2% per calendar month or part thereof on all overdue sums and such interest will remain payable after any court judgement. |

Goods will not be despatched when the purchaser’s account is overdue. |

| Ownership Of Goods |

Title of the goods will not pass to the purchaser until the sum due under the invoice is paid in full. Until title has passed, the purchaser must not dispose of, alter or damage the goods. |

Risk in the goods will pass to the purchaser immediately on delivery. Until title passes to the purchaser it shall indemnity the company against all losses. |

| Liability |

Any alterations necessary as a result of incorrect information supplied by the purchaser will be at the purchaser’s expense. |

Any indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit or liability to third parties) suffered by the purchaser. |

For any loss or damage in excess of the purchase price for the garment in respect of which a claim is made. |

| Jurisdiction |

All contracts between the company and the purchaser shall be governed by the laws of England and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts |

| Force Majeure |

If the company is unable to perform our obligations to the purchaser (or can only perform them at unreasonable costs) because of circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the obligations to the purchaser without liability. |
